On-Site Pharmacy at the Community Health Center of Asbury Park

VNACJ Community Health Center is proud to announce the opening of our first on-site pharmacy at the Community Health Center of Asbury Park, located at 1301 Main Street, Asbury Park, NJ 07712, directly in front of Sunset Park.

The VNACJ CHC Pharmacy is open to ALL patients – insured, uninsured, and underinsured – and will fill prescriptions for ALL four VNACJ health centers, with free medication delivery directly to patients’ residences.

This milestone represents a major step forward in expanding access to affordable, high-quality healthcare services for the communities we serve.

Convenient, Affordable Care Where You Receive Treatment

Our new 340B on-site pharmacy is designed to make it easier than ever for patients to access the medications they need. Eligible patients will receive discounted medications through our HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program, helping reduce the financial barriers to accessing prescriptions.

Now, patients can:

  • Pick up prescriptions immediately after their visit with a primary care provider or specialist
  • Access affordable medications through 340B discounted pricing (for eligible patients)
  • Take advantage of free medication delivery for added convenience
  • Receive personalized support from a dedicated pharmacy team, including text refills
