Sarina Brady was appointed Chief Executive Officer for VNACJ CHC in July 2023, after having joined the leadership team as Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Sarina has leveraged her knowledge of, and experience with, high reliability organizations to elevate the performance of VNACJ CHC in the areas of compliance, quality, patient experience, and employee engagement. Under her leadership, VNACJ CHC has achieved multiple service expansions including adding dental services to the Freehold Family Health Center, launching an in-house 340B pharmacy, being awarded HRSA grant funding for a behavioral health service expansion to Keyport, and receiving Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation innovation grant funding to transform VNACJ CHC into a High Reliability Organization.
An Occupational Therapist by background, Sarina holds dual master’s degrees, business administration with a concentration in healthcare management (Western Governors University) and occupational therapy (New York University), following her bachelor’s degree in biology (Villanova University).
Sarina is a resident of Asbury Park, NJ where she lives her husband, Matt, and her dog, Whiskey.

John Zim is the Chief Financial Officer of VNACJ Community Health Center. In this role, he is responsible for stewarding the company’s fiscal operations, ensuring the long-term financial stability of the organization in its service to underserved communities. John oversees all financial operations, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Cycle Management, Fiscal Compliance, Strategy, and capital projects. His leadership is centered on maximizing the company’s resources to expand access to the many services VNACJ CHC performs. John began his career with KPMG, working in the Financial Management Advisory division out of the company’s New York offices, executing finance master data management engagements and internal controls projects with institutional banking clients. John then became a Director of Holman Frenia Allison, a New Jersey public accounting firm, serving as the organization’s lead finance office consultant for VNACJ CHC. John formally joined VNACJ CHC as its Controller in June of 2023 and became its Chief Financial Officer in October of 2025. A specialist in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) finance, John manages navigating complex funding streams, including maximizing Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance reimbursements, improving value-based care reimbursements, and managing the organization’s grant function. John is also responsible for overseeing the fiscal operations of the organization’s in-house 340B and retail pharmacy, as well as overseeing the 340B contract pharmacy arrangements of VNACJ CHC.
