Hours & Locations

Our locations and hours of operation are intended to best meet the needs of you and your family. In general, our locations are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each location offers a variable schedule of evening hours.

As of Saturday, July 6th, we have one CHC location open per Saturday, from 8:30am to 5pm. The first patient appointment will be at 8:40am, and the last appointment will be at 4pm.

1st Saturday of the month (starting 7/6): Asbury Park

2nd Saturday of the month (starting 7/13): Freehold

3rd Saturday of the month (starting 7/20): Red Bank

4th Saturday of the month (starting 7/27): Keyport

The August Saturday schedule is as follows: August 3rd, Asbury Park; August 10th, Freehold; August 17th, Red Bank; and August 24th, Keyport.
