Join us for National Health Center Week 2025, a celebration of America’s Health Centers and their 60-year legacy of providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible care to millions. This year’s theme, America’s Health Centers: Celebrating Past, Present, and Future, highlights the transformative impact of health centers on our nation’s health, their continued dedication to innovation, and their vision for an even healthier future. The VNACJ Community Health Center has offered Primary Care Services for over 30 years and has expanded its services to include Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Prenatal Care, On-Site Blood Testing, Chiropractic Services, Reproductive Health, Ryan White Program, Medication Assisted Treatment/Recovery Care and was the first LGBTQ+ Center for Health & Wellness in New Jersey.  We operate health centers in Asbury Park, Red Bank, Freehold and Keyport caring for over 17, 000 patients a year.
