The LGBTQ Center for Health and Wellness is New Jersey’s premier medical provider serving the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community with compassion and understanding. As part of VNACJ Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with four locations in Monmouth County, we serve everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and work with uninsured patients as part of our sliding fee discount program. No one is turned away.

VNACJ Community Health Center is proud to partner with our affiliates Prevention Resource Network, Project R.E.A.L, and Harm Reduction Program in serving the LGBTQ+ community in New Jersey.
