The LGBTQ Center for Health and Wellness is New Jersey’s premier medical provider serving the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community with compassion and understanding. As part of VNACJ Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with four locations in Monmouth County, we serve everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and work with uninsured patients as part of our sliding fee discount program. No one is turned away.

RYAN WHITE PROGRAM FOR HIV & AIDS CARE

Our team of HIV specialists provide comprehensive primary care for people living with HIV. Services include diagnostic testing, care management, medication management, and mental health care.
