Hours & Locations

Our locations and hours of operation are intended to best meet the needs of you and your family. In general, our locations are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each location offers a variable schedule of evening hours.

We have one CHC location open per Saturday, from 8:30am to 5pm. The first patient appointment will be at 8:40am, and the last appointment will be at 4pm.

1st Saturday of the month: Asbury Park

2nd Saturday of the month: Freehold

3rd Saturday of the month: Red Bank

4th Saturday of the month: Keyport
