Women’s Health (Prenatal Care)
Services include annual physical examinations, regular check-ups, annual gynecological exams, health education and screening with counseling and referrals as needed. Women’s health is offered at all locations.
Our Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) provide a safe, comfortable and personal prenatal experience. Services include regularly scheduled check-ups and examinations, supportive assistance from Licensed Social Workers (LCSW), case management, nutritional counseling and reproductive education. Deliveries are scheduled at Monmouth Medical Center under physician supervised care.

Ryan White Program (HIV/AIDS Services)
Our certified HIV team of care specialists provide free HIV counseling and testing as well as comprehensive primary care for HIV positive individuals. Cancer Education and Early Detection (CEED)
The CEED program is available to Community Health Center patients that are uninsured or underinsured and meet certain financial criteria. Under the CEED program, women over 21 years of age can receive a pelvic exam and a Pap smear to test for cervical cancer. Women over 40 years of age can come to the CHC for a well-woman visit and obtain a referral for a routine mammogram screening. Men over 50 years of age can receive a prostate exam to test for prostate cancer. The CEED Program also offers colon cancer screening for those over 50 years of age.
