Stakeholder Appreciation Day

Thank you to our stakeholders!

Halfway through National Health Center Week and we would be remiss if we didn’t thank all our great stakeholders. We are so thankful to have supporters on both sides of the political aisle at the VNACJ Community Health Center, this bipartisan support continues to be beneficial for our advocacy and policy priorities. For example, earlier this year, Congress passed a bipartisan budget deal that included funding that supported our community health centers in remaining open during COVID-19 so we could continue providing quality care services to our patients, as well as expand our services to provide COVID-19 saliva testing to Monmouth County!

With legislative support on both sides, from the federal level down to our local support, we have been successful in upholding our mission and striving to achieve our vision; even more so as we were able to be the first FQHC in the country to integrate saliva testing into its practice. The support of our stakeholders has even gone as granular as having elected officials join us at weekly Town Halls with staff to thank them for their dedication to us and to allow them to speak with our staff directly about the work we are doing and the impact we are having on our communities.

While we remain socially-distant during COVID-19, we wanted to give a big shout out to the following individuals and recognize them with certificates of recognition for their continued support of the VNACJ CHC!
