Dr. Geoffrey Bossio is a graduate of the University Of Bridgeport College Of Chiropractic (2010). He began his medical training as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician, where he received honors for his service in the search and rescue efforts in New York City, following the events of September 11, 2001 attack.
Upon graduating, Dr. Bossio became an Associate Chiropractor under the tutelage of former American Chiropractic Association President, Keith Overland, DC, CCSP, in Norwalk, CT. Dr. Bossio is currently a Clinical Educator with the University Of Bridgeport College Of Chiropractic. He has also worked as a Clinical Peer Reviewer at Workers Compensation.
Dr. Bossio’s desire to develop and provide personalized quality healthcare, with an emphasis on preventive measures and patient education, has been his motivating factor for continued education as he is currently working towards the completion of his board specialties in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Bossio has provided chiropractic treatments for professional athletes within the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, the American National Rugby League, as well as amateur, collegiate and high school athletes.
Fun Fact: My grandparents, from both sides of my family, immigrated to the US from Italy in the 1920’s.
