Medication Assisted Treatment Program
The VNACJ Community Health Center’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program provides a whole patient approach to the treatment of substance use disorder. Our licensed and compassionate professional break through the barriers present in the healthcare system to ensure that our patients have primary medical care, substance abuse treatment and mental health services available to them leading to their recovery and a happy, fulfilling future.
Our patients are assessed for mental health disorders, substance use disorders, blood pressure, cholesterol, HgbA1c, diabetes, tuberculosis, heart disease, cancer, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases, and Hepatitis A, B, and C.
Comprehensive and individual treatment plans are enacted in cooperation with the all of the patient’s providers and in cooperation with our partners in the medical, substance abuse treatment and mental health communities.
