Health Center Staff Appreciation Day

Where do we even begin? Our health center staff are the core of what we do and who we are. They are the people who get up early and work late making sure that every patient is seen, taken care of, and provided the support and assistance needed. When we speak about being “beacons” for hope and resiliency to our patients, we truly mean the staff that are on the frontlines working with them every day before COVID-19, during this pandemic, and moving forward as we figure out our new normal.

Between our primary care and preventive staff, to our prenatal, OB, Ryan White, LGBTQ+ and specialty team members; we find that our health center staff take the to ensure that patients are heard, supported, and empowered to take care of their health. The teams in Asbury Park, Freehold, Keyport, and Red Bank have formed great bonds with one another, their patients, and their communities.

We want to thank our administrative staff too, from the Call Center to 806-ers. The Call Center staff are the true FRONT LINE staff, taking all of the calls that come in from patients all day, 7-days a week. The work done by these individuals does not go unnoticed by the rest of the team. As for our 806-ers, thank you for continuously ensuring we capture the administrative pieces that many don’t realize take a lot of work to do. You’re irreplaceable.

We always want to take a moment to appreciate our staff and all of the hard work they do during the week. This week we had employee appreciation lunches at our sites, engaged in photo-taking and celebration, as well as fun face shield contests (keep an eye out for photos as a result!)
